The Manager-Tools podcasts are great. I can't say enough good things about them. Except of course, that now I feel like I wasted some of my MBA money!
These guys cover all the "doing" things of day to day, week to week, month to month management. Remember all that fluffy management stuff you've heard and wondered "but how do I DO that"?. These guys have the answers. Clear, concise, 30 minutes, LOTS of examples!
