Well, two weeks of low carb and I'm down 8 lbs. It's been as much as 9 lbs and I was hoping for 10 but 4lbs a week isn't too bad. This has always been the hard part for me, moving past the first two weeks. I usually feel good and want to do another week of below 20 carbs a daybut then I fall apart midway through that third week. I think I'm going to slowly transition to 25 carbs a day throughout the week and see how that goes. 8 lbs down, 58 to go.
