Server is Shutting down

All of a sudden, my web server is shutting down randomly. When I reboot it, it has battery related warnings which don't make any sense unless the UPS is flaking out. I'm so frustrated that I don't even want to blog about it. The website is down until I can get home and look at it tonight.
