As I mentioned in an earlier post, we had Army folk returning from Iraq on our plane. Yesterday we saw a U.S. nuclear submarine putting out to sea escorted by several court Guard boats. My guess is that it was a Los Angeles class. It was big, but it didn’t seem big enough to be an Ohio class missile boat. I have to say, this was really cool! I never expected to see a nuclear sub underway! Go Navy! Now all we need is an Air Force fighter or two and some Marines. Of course, we brought enough luggage to take Siberia from Russia so we may not need the Marines!
