Like James Kendrick I'm also beta testing Illium's Inscribe virtual keyboard. I have to say that the flexibility of this keyboard is incredible. You can layout the keys almost anyway you want. I'm not a fan of Dial Keys and the Sony Uboard covers too much of the screen. I'm really liking Inscribe so far.
