Beer Wears Seat Belt, Baby Doesn't
Hmmm. A St. Augustine woman was arrested for buckling her beer up in the front seat but not restraining a 16 month old passenger in the back seat. Oh yeah, and she didn't have a valid driver's license, she was allegedly intoxicated and she had drug stuff in her car.
What? At least she didn't have the beer buckled in a baby seat with kid on top!
