Does Auditor Choice Affect Stock Price?

A new Indiana University study seems to suggest that if your company has to report a material weakness, that having a big 4 auditor can cushion the blow. I don't expect to see this in the big 4's marketing materials, but it can't be good news for the 2nd tier, even if there are lots of other factors going on.
