The irony of this is astounding. In Orlando, a wheelchair bound man, whacked another man with his prosthetic leg then took the victim's money and beer. Police indicated that if caught, the robber could be convicted of armed robbery.
Update: If the victim dies is it vehicular manslaughter since a wheelchair was involved?
