I fought the tech and the tech won. I still can't get sound to come out of the Q1 so I'm the phone with Samung support. I'm not getting too far but Samsung does have a dedicated menu item for the Q1 on their phone support and the support guy is thorough and knowledgeable so far. He speaks english well, albeit with a NY/NJ accent. If you call for support on your Samsung and Mark answers, say high. If this doesn't work, it's off to rebuild land this weekend.
